Hi there :) why is your sister moving out if you don't mind me asking...?

daydreamer52 Answer:

My sister got pregnant and had her baby when she was 15. She’s 17 now and has a steady job and has to take one more test before she completely graduates high school. At her job she met this girl in her mid-30s with 2 kids living in an apartment and they are about to be evicted because her friend alone can’t pay the rent. I’ve seen the apartment, and its pretty big, so i can understand why a mother with a 4yo and an older teenager can’t pay rent when she works at a fastfood place. My sister said that the kids would stay in one room, the mom in the other, and my sister and her son can sleep together in the living room on the single bed my sister sleeps in right now. They both have slept together plenty of times and i can see the bed fitting in the living room. So now the only problem is that my sister hasn’t told our mom. Since my mom works in the morning and my sister works in the afternoon, they never really see each other. I don’t see why there would be any major reason for my mom to not be okay with it, but who knows. If everything goes smoothly, she will move out in September.
